Ingredients
- 2 12 or 13 oz Artichoke hearts, drained
- 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup grated asiago cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ lemon juice
- dash worcestershire sauce
- cayenne pepper, to taste
- grated cheese, paprika, chopped parsley to garnish
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees |
2. Squeeze the artichoke hearts of any excess liquid and pat dry with a paper towel |
3. Finely chop the artichokes either by hand or with a food processor and blend with the remaining ingredients except for the garnish |
4. Transfer the artichoke into a shallow flame proof dish and bake for approximately 10 minutes. Sprinkle the garnish evenly and bake for an additional 5 minutes until lightly brown and hot through and through |
