Ingredients

  • 2 12 or 13 oz Artichoke hearts, drained
  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated asiago cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ lemon juice
  • dash worcestershire sauce
  • cayenne pepper, to taste
  • grated cheese, paprika, chopped parsley to garnish

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Squeeze the artichoke hearts of any excess liquid and pat dry with a paper towel
3. Finely chop the artichokes either by hand or with a food processor and blend with the remaining ingredients except for the garnish
4. Transfer the artichoke into a shallow flame proof dish and bake for approximately 10 minutes. Sprinkle the garnish evenly and bake for an additional 5 minutes until lightly brown and hot through and through
5. Serve this extraordinary artichoke dip with delicious alexia waffle fries
