Ingredients
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
- ¼ teaspoons grated onion
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
Directions
1. Place meat in non-reactive bowl. |
2. Combine ingredients and pour over meat. |
3. Cover and chill at least two hours. |
