Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
  • ¼ teaspoons grated onion
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

Directions

1. Place meat in non-reactive bowl.
2. Combine ingredients and pour over meat.
3. Cover and chill at least two hours.
